How to Get a Refund on Your Skinthey Purchase?
Are you dissatisfied with a recent purchase from Skinthey? You're in the right place to find out how to obtain a refund. Below, you'll find all the details on what can be refunded, the eligibility timeframe, and how to initiate the refund process.

Which Products Can Be Refunded?
Typically, you can request a refund for most items purchased through Skinthey. Items marked as “non-refundable,” those containing skins, virtual currency, or other consumables, and purchases made outside of our website are not eligible for refunds.

If you've bought in-app or downloadable content through Skinthey, it can also be refunded, provided it hasn't been used, altered, or transferred.

When Are Products Eligible for a Refund?
You can request a refund for products and games within 7 days of purchase, provided your recorded playtime is under two hours. Refunds are not available for items marked as “non-refundable,” virtual currency, skins, or other consumables.

Refunds will not be granted if you've been banned from a game or if you've violated the terms of service. If Skinthey suspects abuse of the refund policy, your request may be denied. Additionally, refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with the product due to personal preference or if your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements.

How Will You Receive Your Refund?
Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method. However, in some cases, an alternative method may be agreed upon. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method used.

If you reside in the European Union, Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000 may apply, allowing you to cancel your order within fourteen days of purchase for a refund. Contact us in writing as soon as possible to cancel within this period. Note that the ability to download and use the product is not granted during this time, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund based on such conduct.

What If a Product Goes on Sale After Purchase?
You may return your purchase for a full refund and repurchase the item at the sale price, as long as you follow the outlined rules. This is not considered abuse of the refund policy. However, if Skinthey determines that you are exploiting the refund policy, you may be denied further refunds. The policy is designed to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your money is spent on games you genuinely want to buy and play.
